Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 19, 2026

The short version

This site is built to know as little about you as possible. There are no accounts, and your game progress never leaves your browser.

Information we store

• Browser storage (localStorage): your current climb, best scores, and mode preferences are saved in your own browser so you can resume later. This data is never transmitted to us. Clearing your browser storage erases it permanently.
• No account data: we have no registration, so we hold no names, emails, or passwords from gameplay.
• Contact email: if you email us, we use your address only to reply.

Cookies

The game itself uses localStorage, not cookies. Third parties served on this site (such as advertising or analytics providers) may set their own cookies as described below.

Advertising

This site may display advertising, including ads served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or www.aboutads.info.

Analytics

We may use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand which pages are visited. These services do not build advertising profiles or identify individual users.

Your rights (GDPR & CCPA)

• Access & deletion: since we store no personal gameplay data, the data held about you is limited to emails you have sent us (deleted on request) and any third-party ad cookies, which you control via the opt-out links above.
• Do Not Sell My Personal Information: we do not sell personal information.
• EEA/UK users: the legal basis for any third-party cookies is consent, managed through your browser settings and the ad opt-outs above.

Children

The site is family-friendly and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above.
